Editing
For editing we have decided to use Adobe Premier Pro CS5.5. We will use this program to capture and cut all of the clips together. It is important when editing to follow the planned storyboards as well as match the footage and cuts to the music, which can take time but will make the video look good as a final product.

Filming Update
We have filmed the majority of the narrative scenes for the music video as well as some performance footage now we are going to the cutting room to make a rough edit and see what else needs to be filmed and if we need to change certain aspects. This allows us enough time to go out and film more footage that may be needed or to change certain aspects

Starting Filming
As of today we will start filming for the video. We will use all of our planning and storyboards to maximize the amount of footage we can accumulate in a day.
Having the storyboards with us when we film allows us to know exactly what we need to film and minimize time wastage involved in the filming process.

Video Actors
The three only actors of the video will be William Lloyd, Sam Woods and Jake Vaughan. These actors were chosen because we feel they will best portray the characters in the light we see suitable for the video.
William Lloyd:
All of the characters are pretty similar within the video, but all play different roles in the form if the different actions that each member undertakes. Will's Character is defined by the fact that he is accidentally shot, and he other members have to decide what to do with his body. Will was chosen for this part because the group felt his persona best fitted the role.
Sam Woods:
Sam's role is defined by the comic features he will have to portray. For example making the extraction of Will's body look comical. Sam will also feature as the guitarist of the band, as he can actually play the guitar and its a key instrument of the song we will be performing.
Jake Vaughan:
I was chosen to perform this role as I am the only one who might have a driving license soon and will be able to drive the car for the video.

Pitch Feedback
After the presentation of the pitch we asked our fellow students questions on their thoughts on our idea and general video plans.
Q1. Does the concept work for you?
The general response from the group was that it was a unique and entropic idea with the potential to be very humorous. They also felt that the idea fits well with the song and should come together well as a final product.

Q2. Does our target audience match our music video concept?
The audience decided that out target audience was too vague and needed refining with more detail. therefore adjust various other features of the video that would suit the audience better.
Q3. Does our costume choice match our concept well?
Our original idea was to wear suits and balaclavas, but due to the lack of funds to create the costumes he had to re-think our idea. The idea was to wear Hawaiian shirts and denim shorts for a comical effect. the response was that no matter what the costume was it would work, but others said that it may not make sense in the video, but it depends on how the video is edited.
Q4. Will the video be feasible? Are there any parts which you consider may be difficult?
All agreed that it is very possible to create, but some scenes may be difficult to make look realistic, for example a scene where a dog accidentally run over, so we may wish to re-consider some scenes.
Q5 Is our concept original?
All agreed that the concept was different to anything they have seen before, and has the potential to be great, but also to make sure performance elements are included, otherwise its at risk of looking too similar to a short film.

General Idea For Video And Fitting Theorist
The idea we have decided upon as a team for the video is to portray three men dressed in clothes that only themselves would deem socially acceptable. they will do various activities around town that they think make them cool or edgy and 'not to be messed with. In fact these actions don't have the same reaction as they expected, as they are perusing minor annoyances of the people around them, like pushing bins over and moving books around in a library...etc. The video comes to a head when they take a step too far and and accidentally shoot one of the team members and the remaining two are tasked with deposing of the body. amongst the action of the video we are going to include generic performance features to keep the general music tone of the video, so it is not mistaken for a short film.
We decided on the idea because it is very entropic and different to anything we have seen before, but also can be humorous, lightening the mood of the video and hopefully widening the potential audience of the video.
Tordorov's Theory fits in well with our video idea. His theory explains the five stages of a story in which many videos fall, in this case this includes ours:
- Original Equilibrium (normality) - the group terrorizing the neighborhood.
- Disruption - group goes too far and bring gun into the equation
- Recognition (of disruption) - accidentally shoots member
- Attempt to Restore Original Equilibrium - tries to hide body
- New Equilibrium - body hidden, terrorizing continues.
